Hi,

im looking for a freeware bandwidth limiter with ability to limit upload and
download speed to desidered IP address or domain. And possible to start it
as a windows service or hidden.
Anyone can help me ?

Only monitoring version is freeware. I need to limit speed from a domain or
IP, YouTube for example.
