I tried Tera Copy (http://www.codesector.com/teracopy.php) but it always defaults to "ask" when it finds an already existing file, the "rename" option has to be set each time. This means having to open the interface instead of using it as a handy shell extension. What do others use? -- I don't need to tell the world who I plonk. I just do it.
