Hi ,
We have at our department file server running on Windows 2003 and
Windows 2008.
We want allow people to install software itself but we do not want allow
them to copy all files from the file server. How to solve the problem.
How to give people access to installation but forbid copying so they
will not be able to spread illegally department software.

Hello MarcusB,

If htye should install software they must be at least local administrator
and that way they can also copy/delete/modify files. Personal i would NEVER
give a user local admin permissions on a server.
