I used to have some NCR SCSI cards that quite likely had that chip, but I think they are long gone. NCR's SCSI products become "Symbios" at some point, so you might look under that name. -- Richard

Mine too - I only a couple of months ago binned a box or so of ISA-era cards. Bad timing. Finding old SCSI cards on eBay isn't difficult.
