From: jonatan on 21 Apr 2010 02:16 Hi, I'm trying to repair my an old Mac Classic and I think I have located the problem to be the SCSI controller chip - a NCR 53C80. Do anyone know a place/website that deals in obsolete chips? I have tried google, but without much luck. /J

I've tried to contact some of the firms, but either they can't locate the chip or it will be way to expensive (£100+). Guess I have to try finding a defect classic, Plus or SE. /J
