From: John on 25 Jan 2010 12:13 This is probably something simple, so I hope I don't have to join Firefox groups for the answer. A year or more ago, when I bookmarked a site into a bookmark folder, it wouldn't delete the other copies in other folders. For the last year or so, it does remove them. When bookmarking a site the window that pops up does say it is going to delete the old copies (I finally noticed that today) but I don't see how to "uncheck" that "feature". I looked and don't see any preference for this bookmark behavior, and attempts to google an answer haven't found anything yet. How do I keep the same bookmark in multiple folders, as before? Thanks!

I do a copy and paste when I remember. But it is extra work. I was hoping I could make it work as before. What happens is I forget, and then all the other bookmarks are lost in all the other folders where I do want to keep them. Oh well. Feature gone, but not forgotten.
