FYI


To correct this problem, you need to download the correct drivers
for your printer for Windows 7 (assuming this is your OS). Go to
the website of your printer maker and look if they have the
correct printer drivers for Windows 7. You haven't said anything
about make and model of your printer so I can't help you here.
