The iMacs graphics card is soldered to the board, or on iSights is a
seperate bord on the logic board, so can't (and never could) be bought
seperately for them.

However I know a man with some extremely clever soldering kit who can
repair iMac logic board/GPU issues, swollen capacitors etc...

I got my 1st gen Intel iMac back from him (via Jon B) this morning, and
can heartily endorse his soldering skills. The machine would otherwise
have been scrapped.
