when I open excel file,changes was undid-excel 2007, compatibility I have a file that was made in excel 2007 working in compatibility mode and when I change format in some cell (for example font size), then I save changes and after reopen this fiel the changes was undid. Microsoft Query is changing a negative number into a date I am using Microsoft Query to pull a subset of a large excel file however two of my columns which are suppose to be numbers are not pulling in the negative numbers. AverageIF I have two questions. 1. When using AVERAGEIF... actual line =AVERAGEIF(A1:A5,">2") this works great unless all values = 0 then I get #DIV/0!. Highlight a Cell if Data not Present Is it possible to highlight a cell if that data has not been entered after so many times? For instance, if I have a column where I have entries of A,B,C, & D and say B hasn't been entered for 7 times since the last entry of B, is there a way to highlight that last B then?
