problem moving frm cell2cell with keyboard arrow keys

XLS file assocation issue
When I goto Associate a file type for a specific extension, it has it associated to Wordpad when it should be Excel. However, I am not able to change it as the "Always Use the selected program to open" is grayed out and I can't get it be selectable. Excel file slow
Excel file is slow. Size of file is 1,586 KB. When I open it the task manager reports 667,543 kb. The information is from A1 to R66 with only one line of Totals and one line of Percentage change from previous week.
