Getting back to the subject of 'Chrome',
I don't see how anyone can rave about this browser.
And many have been heaping praises on it for months.

Only now it is barely usable, 'fast' it may be.
It's far worse than the roll-out of KDE4. I have to
readjust the font size practically on every new site.
At this very moment, it's giving a hissy fit and
it will not launch, in KDE4 or Fluxbox.

Now, it's no better than 'Arora', 'Rekonq', or 'Midori'.

Is the name 'Chrome', 'Chromium', or 'Chrominium'?

I'm not holding my breath. As I said, what did it cost me to
be polite?

oh, so he is running both openSUSE *and* Ubuntu and still can't
operate gparted?

or, maybe he is just one of those who likes to see his name plastered
around....and has a need "to be a part of" something...like a group of
Ubuntu users, or . . .

now i gotta go back and do some more crying...that mean old 'houghi'
said some nasty stuff and hurt me deeply..

probably posted there because he knows he blew his cover here, troll
pretending to be a user is outed, again..

strange, most just change their name, and pretend to be some other user..

I've run the same version for about a week now on Suse 11.2 and it's a
bit slow to load. Slow enough to be aggravating.

I've also tried it on a Windows 7 partition and it's quite a bit faster
to load than the Linux version. However, I still like Firefox better.

Here is a cute little picture to go with that sentiment ;)
