It is a question of what type of search do you want to do.

If you want to find a document with an exact string, then
use Google with that string quoted because it is good for
finding exact matches.

If you are doing a search on a topic, then Google is not the
tool to use, and you should be using a cluster type search
engine eg Clusty.
