Does anyone want it to continue? I think if there's someone to take point (you? BeAr? who else?) plenty of people would still want to participate constructively. If that happens, it might help anyone who cares about the PL to block posts from the remailers, which are being abused to keep the noise level so high here.

I just added a filter for dizum in Thunderbird. To do this, I added a new header category, "Path". This new filter should be extremely effective. IMO, TB is now far better at filtering than nFilter ever was. -- John Corliss BS206. Because of all the Googlespam, I block all posts sent through Google Groups. I also block as many posts from anonymous remailers (for example, usenet4all.se, x-privat.org, dizum.com, tioat.net, frell.theremailer.net) as possible due to forgeries posted through them. No ad, CD, commercial, cripple, demo, nag, share, spy, time-limited, trial or web wares OR warez for me, please.

Don't even think about it. You didn't manage it before. -- http://www.mologogo.com/

Blocking Bottoms may help too, though he tends to generate more noise when the nature of the Pricelessware List is being discussed and less when a.c.f is actually working on producing the list.
