[HELP] Exchange 2003 New Mailbox not getting emails

From: ruolez on 4 Jun 2010 12:58 Hey Everyone, we have SBS 2003 running Exchange 2003 SP2 with 6 users. I had to create a new user so that we can use the mailbox for a project and two existing users would need to access it. Everything was setup, but no emails are coming in from the outside. If another user from the same domain sends an email to this mailbox, it works fine. What do I need to check to troubleshoot this?
