I never used Harbour, so I cannot be exaustive, but I gave it look.

Language capability: the same or better than VO
API: the same
SDK: You have access to all the code
OLE: full supported
VO2Ado: not supported, because is not VO, but it has native ADO support
(u do not have to buy something external)
bBrowser: the browser class has similar capabilites, so u do not have to
buy it
Support: there is a commercial distribution, so I suppose that there is
the same degree of support of VO
Classes: full supported, the inheritance can be also of 2 or more classes
at the same time (inherit ClassA,ClassB,..ClassN)

Yes, now with only 900$ u can get access to .net, but may be than for
free you get access to MS-DOS, Windows (32 & 64), Windows CE, Pocket PC,
OS/2, GNU/Linux and Mac OSX could be better: one application, 7 OS
