From: NeedsHelpALot on 12 Nov 2009 20:39 I bought a new computer. I need to get my iPods music onto my new computers iTunes. I know how to do this. You go to Tools > Folder Options > View, and then check the option that basically says "Show Hidden files and what-not". This makes it so I can see all the music on the iPod and save them to the Hard-drive. From the hard-drive I can just transfer it to iTunes. But I can't view those hidden files. When I got back into Folder Options, it shows that when I checked "Show Hidden Files" it actually went back to default (do NOT show hidden files [which is NOT what I need]) To sum it all up. It won't let me view hidden files. P.S I also tried to checked "Display the contents of system folders" I also unchecked "hide protected operating systems....." P.P.S I also tried it vice-versa from "P.S"

If the music on the iPod is already on the old computer you should be able to find them in the Documents and Settings\username\My Music\iTunes folder.
