From: Nacker on 21 May 2010 10:26 Is it possible in Project 2007 to highlight individual rows - i.e. with a background colour of yellow instead of white? If so, how is it done
From: Rob Schneider on 21 May 2010 10:48 Yes. Select the rows of interest, then Menu: Format/Text Styles ... and from there it should be clear. --rms www.rmschneider.com On 21/05/10 15:26, Nacker wrote: > Is it possible in Project 2007 to highlight individual rows - i.e. with a > background colour of yellow instead of white? From: Jim Aksel on 21 May 2010 11:26 To highlight specific rows (on the left side of the Gantt Chart) in Project 2007, use Format/Text Styles... Change the "Item to Change" item to "Marked Tasks". Below that, you may make selections as you wish to format the font and background to your liking. Click OK. Next, insert the column "Marked" into your view. Toggle the value of "Marked" between Yes/No to see the changes. You may use a Maco or other code to change the value of "Marked" based on logic. -- If this post was helpful, please consider rating it.
