It seems that the Spanish mathematician Francisco Santos
(Cantabria University) has disproved it.

I don't know Paco but I know Gil Kalai from the Hebrew University and
I know something must be really moving there if he (Gil) is
congratulating him (at the very least I guess Paco's try must be quite
serious).
