How to block a chunk of IPs?

From: Penang on 3 Feb 2010 01:47 Can someone please tell me how to block a whole bunch of IP from a certain ISP? If I were to block a range of IP, from aaa.bbb.ccc.000 to aaa.bbb.ccc. 255 --- How would I do that? I have heard about "HOSTS file" but I do not know how to block a whole range of IP using that "HOSTS file" thing. Can anyone please help? Thank you ! OS: Win 7 Home Basic

You can still find the free version, but it only allows 10 rules.
