From: Bertrand on 16 Mar 2010 11:33 Hi, When printing the Workload, Ressource Usage report, some of the durations are stated as #####.##. I tried to make the font smaller but it did'ent help. How do I make the report readable? I am using MS Project 2007 SP2. Br Bertrand
From: Trevor Rabey on 16 Mar 2010 12:05 If you goto Reports, Custom you can see all of the built-in reports and you can see what they are made of and you will see that they use a filter and a table (and other settings and stuff). The column width of each field is a property of the table. Find the report that you are interested in, then find the table that it uses, then edit the table and set the width to whatever you want, and this will be the width of the column in the printed report. How to edit the table? From: Dale Howard [MVP] on 16 Mar 2010 13:09 Bertrand -- First of all, by default the Resource Usage report shows Work hours and not Duration values. Have you edited this Report, by chance, or do you actually mean Work and not Duration? Regardless, the way to remove the #####.## symbols is a bit elusive. Here's what to do: 1. Click Report - Reports. 2. Double-click the Workload section. 3. Single-click the Resource Usage report and then click the Edit button. 4. In the Crosstab Report dialog, click the Details tab. 5. Click the Date Format pick list and select a date format that will make each column wider, such as the Jan 27, '02 format, for example. 6. Click the OK button. 7. Double-click the Resource Usage report. If this does not solve the problem, choose a wider date format in step #5 above. Please let us know if this helps. -- Dale A.
