From: Clayton Sutton on 8 Apr 2010 10:41 Hey Everyone, We are running Windows 2003 server as a print server and have about 200 printers on it. Last night the system went down and we had to rebuild it (Same name and IP address). We use NetBackup and backup the following path: C:\WINDOWS\system32\spool Can we just do a restore of the folder and get all the printers back? TIA, Clayton
From: Danny Sanders on 8 Apr 2010 10:43 I don't think that will get it. You may have to recreate them by hand. Once you get them setup use print migrator to back them up and restore. From: Hank Arnold on 9 Apr 2010 04:57 I second the recommendation of Print Migrator. It made moving my print server to a different server a snap.
