I have a Nokia N60 phone that has bricked during update.

It is under warranty but Nokia's site is so overloaded I cannot proceed
on line or find out where the nearest care centre is to Chelmsford.

Any ideas?

This will be my last Nokia. End of.

Thanks for this. Finally got Nokia's site on a quiet time and the phone
has gone has gone to Nokia's warranty repairers. Website has been
showing the following for more than a week.

Product received
In repair

I actually filled in an Ask Nokia on-line form yesterday asking if they
could give me any idea how long it was likely to take.

I got an almost immediate response!
Not so good when I read it.

Thank you for the email.

Our support is not available via direct emails, please send your
question with the Ask Nokia form that you can find on the local Nokia
webpages at the following link http://www.europe.nokia.com

[This is an automatically generated acknowledgement. Please do not reply
to this e-mail.]

So I followed the link to the same form as I had just sent in and sent
another one the same. No reply yet.

Nokia failed to honour the full value of a download voucher last year. I
could get no sense out of customer service and eventually wrote to one
of the big bosses in Finland. No acknowledgement ever received. I think
Nokia are in a mess with a lot of software causing all sorts of problems
and no effective customer service. I have bought quite a few high end
Nokias in the past but will be buying something else next time.
