When I schedule meetings using Office 2007 Calendar the recipients who are
running earlier versions of Office receive illegible scrambled messages.
What can I do?
Can I set up my Calender to run in 2003 mode?

Every person I deal with is running an earlier version of Office so this is
a major problem. Although it would take a lot of work I could convert all my
files to the earlier format then erase Office 2007 (which I don't like
anyway) and install Office 2003 this way I can use Office Calendar to
schedule meetings.

You can't set up outlook to run in "2003 mode".

Are you using Exchange server? If so, what version?
do you have outlook configured to send meeting requests as icalendars?
tools, options, calendar options button - look for the send as ical option
near the bottom of the dialog.
