Well, many changes are obvious, but some are not. Reverting can have unwanted sideeffects. Interesting idea would be to use Sysinternal ProcMon in conjuction with UNDOreg. Its exported logs could help to determine the registry item change originator. BTW in the past I was a fan of Total uninstall, but I had some sideeefect issues.
