All research has me creating a script to place in the Visaul Studio 8/
vc folder and then run a visual studio command prompt which I do not
have VS to complete the task which I do not have.

I have brought the default website to 1.1 .net as discribe in other
posts

I still wish to find out which site is throwing the http exception and
shutting down the thread!
