　You may have Sony,panasonic，Axis or other kinds of IP Cameras，and you may need to do some research in matlab, and the interface to matlab have been your headache long time. Here the way maybe helpful.

　　Come to the website:http://www.webcamxp.com, then download the soft IPCameraDS.exe for free.Install it in your PC.You can have a filter in DirectX, and set it for matlab.Then the IP Camera will be acquired with Image Acquiring Tool in matlab.If it still not work,try a decode for your stream.
