Sorry, I don't know of any way to do that with IZArc unless using some kind of scripting language and Scheduled Tasks. I've never had to use an archiving program for such a thing. Sounds like that will do what I need, if not I will try the 7-zip option. Using a scheduled batch file was already in the plan and I already could automate the FTP, just needed to know about automating the archinve creation. Thanks to all. Gary T
