From: Steve Cochran on 4 Jun 2010 15:47 You can do a File | Load Hive in Regedit on the old NTUSER.DAT for that particular user and then get to the appropriate registry keys (see www.oehelp.com/backup.aspx) and then export them and modify them in Notepad to match the current system and then merge those, which would give you the account parameters, but it won't give you the passwords back.
