From: Rick on 23 Feb 2010 10:06 In a Word 2007 table, I have my page layout set to Landscape Orientation for printing. I want to add a narrow new column on the right. I select the current right-most column, then right-click and choose Insert, then Insert Columns to the Right. However, the column Word adds takes up all remaining horizontal space on the page, past even the right margin of the page. The right border of the table (and of that new column) is now not visible, so I can't get to it in order to grab its sizing handles to decrease the width of that added column. I can't see the right border of the table to size it. I tried changing the page margins but at any margin settings the right border of the table is out of visibility, and I can't scroll right to get to it. Any advice? Thanks much.
From: Stefan Blom on 23 Feb 2010 10:18 Place the insertion point in the table. On the Table Tools Layout tab, click AutoFit, and then click AutoFit Window. Then you should see all columns and resize as desired. -- Stefan Blom Microsoft Word MVP "Rick" <rick0726(a)verizon.net> wrote in message news:ac46e0cd-9b44-4c7b-ae3f-68a6ad6974c9(a)v36g2000vbs.googlegroups.com... > In a Word 2007 table, I have my page layout set to Landscape > Orientation for printing. From: Suzanne S. Barnhill on 23 Feb 2010 13:06 Other alternatives are to set the table width to 100% or to switch to Normal/Draft view, in which the entire table can be seen. -- Suzanne S. Thanks. After much hunting around in Help, I still can't figure out how to set the table width to 100%. Can someone help? On Feb 23, 1:06 pm, "Suzanne S.
