Hi, everybody. I'm using Matlab 2009a installed on Windows Server 2008 R2 (64bit)operating system. I want to make an animation from my calculated data, however the following warning appeared when I used the command 'avifile' to make my animation.

Warning: Cannot locate Indeo5 compressor, using 'None' as the compression type.

I can still execute my commands and make the animation. But the AVI file I got is too big, 200MB for 10-second movie. It seems that no compression was done during the movie making process.

I checked the above Mathworks Technical Solution link and found out only solution for Windows XP operating system. Although some posts concerning this topic appeared on this forum before, I could not find an easy and useful way to solve the problem mentioned above. Hope somebody can give details to the solution of the problem. Thank you very much in advance.
