Hi,

i have installed multiple input languages on my Windows 2003R2
terminal server within regional settings in control panel when logged
on through an rdp session as administrator. I can successfully change
my input language when logged on as administrator in an rdp session on
this terminal server - i can choose any language that i have
installed.

However, when i log onto the terminal server as a user, the language
bar is blank and will only display a newly added language. For
instance when logged on as this user i installed Russian. I can now
select between Russian and English successfully. However within the
language settings in control panel i can see ALL the languages that i
installed when i logged on as administrator.

the language bar doesn't "realise" this and doesn't display them! How
can i force all users of this terminal server to see and use all the
languages that i install as administrator???

Thanks!
