They have helmets and neck braces on and look to be using fairly light weight ducting tube as the target so a lot of noise and not much force. Large scale tubular bells! The Intel Finland site says it is real and has better video bandwidth on the clip than Utube. http://www.intel.com/en_UK/CannonBells/index.htm The behind the scenes interview with the ballistics manager is rather funny.
