I know of no easy way to do this. There is a program called Photoscape that will let you do this in a round about way, but even then it would involve some trial and error. GIMP could also do it in a round about way, but you might not want to learn such a powerful program for a relatively simple task. Maybe a seam carving program is what you are looking for? It let's you re-size a photo and maintaining perspective while removing elements within the photo. Hard to describe... Google on it to read the theory. There's a couple of freeware programs like this out there but I've never had much luck with them. I find they always introduce unacceptable distortions within my photos. M
