From: jp on 24 Feb 2010 11:56 Hi, Is it normal to have over-allocations in MS-Project plans? Is there an easy way to schedule and link a project with many tasks in only 1 resource? -jp
From: Jack Dahlgren MVP on 24 Feb 2010 12:32 It is very common. If you have a single resource and all tasks are linked with finish to start dependencies, then you will not have overallocation. If you use the leveling feature then you can resolve some overallocation issues. -Jack Dahlgren "jp" <jp(a)discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:32B3DC4F-7F1E-47DF-A1DD-0366949271FD(a)microsoft.com... > > Hi, > > Is it normal to have over-allocations in MS-Project plans? > Is there an easy way to schedule and link a project with many > tasks in only 1 resource? > > -jp
