I don't believe you can do this; you would need the fax service
installed in MS Outlook. You could get virtual PC or Parallels or
VMWare to install XP Pro on your Macs and use Outlook.

Note that the best place for SBS2003 questions is
m.p.windows.server.sbs - it's a very unique suite of software and does
many things its own way.
