Hello Vics, Sorry, no. Background shading made its first appearance in Project 2007. You can use custom fields and graphic indicators for the RAG status instead of coloring the task rows. You'll need to define your criteria and then create the custom fields to return values based upon the criteria. Once you have the correct values, you can set the field to use graphic indicators instead of the values. Search on RAG in this newsgroup and you should see many different scenarios discussed in depth. I hope this helps. Let us know how you get along.
