I can't speak for Roger Roger, but for me, the answer to that question
is http://www.clear.com/coverage

It says "Mac version coming soon" or something for one of the particular
plans--I think it was the 4g/3g combo, where it switches to a 3g network
whenever a 4g's not available.

Anyone know what kind of 4g DL/UL speeds people are realistically
getting? It says the advertised "up to" speeds aren't guaranteed.

Thanks for all the info everybody.

Yeah, but it needs a special chip (SIM) that it cannot be installed in
your standard dongle!!!!

So, Apple wants to force me to buy a third 3G chip (SIM) to my active
collection, and that, in my opinion, is too much.

of course it can.

standard mini-sims can be converted to micro-sims, and there are
adapters for micro-sims to be used in devices that take mini-sims,
including a converted sim. either way, it's not a problem.

most people do not swap a single sim among multiple devices.

Yeah, that could be.

In my city, Austin, Texas, coverage is very good.
