Never used such a thing ... but using Google to search for "free viewer
mpp" gives some clues.

Always been my experience to avoid (and often refuse despite pressure)
sending out MPP files for others to view. Most of the time they don't
know what they are reading. Better to send them a document which
includes a few key screen shots of the Gantt Chart (if that's what they
are looking for) along with your commentary on what it all means for the
project. Tell them what you think rather than give data. Your thinking
is hopefully more valuable to others.
