A user has a need to enter a date range beyond December 31, 2049. He is
using Project 2003. Does Project 2007 (Standard or Professional) still have
a limit of 64 years?

Hello Laura,

Project 2007 specs. are at
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/project/HP101065651033.aspx
So;
Earliest date allowed for calculation is January 1, 1984
Latest date allowed for calculation is December 31, 2049

To my best knowledge, there is no workaround to enter dates beyond December
31, 2049
