If you don't do any of those things, why did you install it in the first place? Quicktime is use to view certain Apple format video clips that Windows doesn't support out of the box. If you don't use iTunes or Quicktime, get rid of it. If you find you need it later, re-install it then.

Quicktime plays *.mp4 and *.mov video files, which Windows Media Player will not. If you never meet one of those, you won't need Quicktime.
