Is there any idea when the new iPhone will hit the UK - Vodafone said
"the autumn" to me.

I haven't been paying much attention to iPhones having only got a 3GS a
couple of months ago. Presuming there is the 4th gen available in the
States next week and here (sooner or later) do particular carriers get
first dibs?

No idea. I don't know if it comes out next week, but tomorrow we will
find out when it is coming out.

I dont' think in the UK there is a prefered carrier anymore, so it
should be available for everyone
