Since, you have not provided info on if using a "New Map" or "Existing Map" to do the import, I assume you are using "Existing Map". Irrespective of the option, ensure in the "Task Mapping" step of the the "Export Wizard", you insert the new row with "Field: Microsoft Office Project field" as *Hyperlink*.
