Dear Mr Burnett,



Your letter dated 16th of December 2009, in reply to my own of 14th of
October 2009, reached me on Monday 4th January 2010. Thank you very
much indeed for that official recognition, 40 years later soon, by
your West Australia Government of my outstanding involvement in
unearthing immense richness for your state, which since 40 years have
contributed to the well being of thousand & for 40 years hence. I have
to say that you were the first Premier of Western Australia to
discover the high value of recognition in this era, when you found the
merit of an exceptional independent mining prospector out-cropping
your conscience & responsibility. Of course that recognition of your
merit on that issue is not available free of charge, and the little
finger that you put into that cog-work will lead us both to meet in
Australia Telfer Mine, for the official Anniversary of the 40th year
of discovery. That is soon indeed, since on Oct 14th this very year
2010. You said in your letter:

Quote I note that the matter of the discovery of the Telfer Mine has
been considered by several Governments over the years and your latest
letter has resulted in a further review of the Government files
Although this review had not established a direct relationship with
the discovery of gold at Telfer, your important contribution to
mineral exploration in Western Australia have been recognized and are
on public record. I draw your attention to Geological Survey Report 97
(2005) which states “in October 1970, prospector Jean-Paul Turcaud
was the first to discover mineralization in the area when he found
copper in gossanous outcrops” The report is available free of charge
from the department website ( http://www.dmp.wa.gov.au) under
Geological survey of Western Australia, Products Unquote



Now, to put you at ease, I am going to turn 70 in 3 month time exactly
i.e. on April the 15th, and on the full recognition issue which I am
not requesting but demanding now, I will not allow anyone to play the
clock as the former West Australia Governments have done in the past
( Court junior, Lawrence, Gallop, Carpenter). Since as you so clearly
note, in 2005 Gallop wilfully failed then to mention that 2005
Geological Survey report in his answer to Dr Findlay, and all
including yourself, dear Mr Burnett, failed all together to mention
that very Royal Inquiry required by former Attorney General Evans on
the Mining Criminals’ Telfer Mine multi-trillions swindle, although
the reference to such is available right within your own services,
indeed in your very WA Hansard & on 6 occasions to boost, such was
required by the late Hon. T.D Evans, Member for Kalgoorlie, plus an
additional 7th by Senior Minister Julian Grill, Member for Boulder



My aim in writing that letter in a most discrete & personal manner at
this stage is to finish once and for all with all those innuendos,
lies, frauds & criminal behaviour both in your own West Australia
Parliament,

as well in the Newmont /Newcrest/BHP & Boral Mining Criminals
circles, which has had for result to cover up the abominable
collective conspiracy aiming at defrauding not only the Discoverer of
Copper & Gold at Telfer, but as well the blatant & well documented
swindle of 1 000s Shareholders of the Boral wholly owned Mining
Company of Narla, used to shunt Turcaud of all his hard earned
credits & of course financial returns.



There are many direct implication of your official recognition, as
Premier of West Australia, Sir, not only of the name of the original
discoverer, but as well of the original date of finding [A] . There
are also in this light some appropriate conclusions to be drawn on
your statement that the discovery of Telfer Mine, has been considered
by several Governments over the year, since it has not been in fact,
except if blindly accepting that such considerations were not a
Collective Conspiracy by above named Premiers to cover up irrefutable
& documented Corporate Crimes, upon which a Royal Inquiry had been
demanded & promised in that very West Australia Parliament by late
Attorney General Evans. Forfeiture & Deny of Natural Justice are the
appropriate names for those blotched alleged Governments’
investigations, so patent by the fact the no reference to the demanded
Royal Inquiry were made at all [B] There are finally the question of
the direct relationship of gold at Telfer, which as yourself states,
has not been established, and which is certainly a matter of the
utmost importance to me. I am in this respect quite puzzled that such
evidence should have escaped the thorough research & scrutiny of your
services, able on the one hand to unearth some obscure Geological
Survey publication of whom none had heard before & and on the other
hand unable to find out what has been of public notoriety since close
on 40 years. I have duty to help you to finalize your investigation,
and I draw you attention to the Newcrest Mining Criminals’ site of
Telfer mine, promoting the Tyrwhitt Criminal fraud right there as
their official Mining Pioneer who found the Telfer Gold in 1972 from
the air. That report is available free of charge from the Telfer Mine
website (http://newcrest etc ) under Telfer Mine history/ Dr David
Stuart Tyrwhit . Now, why on earth have you not, nor any of your
predecessors, proposed that Tyrwhitt puke as the direct relationship
with the discovery of gold at Telfer. Putting that interrogation to
me, the original & sole discoverer of the primary sulphide deposit of
the Telfer Mine anticline (dome) is clearly the right thing, and in
return I will kindly do my utmost to help you making up your mind on
that issue… well in that paragraph will be included too the time-table
& demonstration of the mechanics regarding Newmont / Newcrest & Boral
‘s engineered Telfer Mine multi-trillions dollars Swindle [C]



A] Now by setting an official date of October 1970 for the discovery
of Telfer Mine by Turcaud you are demonstrating the still present
fraudulent claim by the Mining Criminals of Newcrest, still
advertising their crimes then on their internet site, to wit that said
Telfer Mine was discovered in 1972 and further as Newmont/Newcrest ‘s
official report clearly states ( Desert Gold Louthean press ed )
Quote I spotted the site from the air and landed near by in the desert
to take samples signed Tyrwhitt Enquote No date, nor day, nor landing
crash site, nor SAR plan for Tyrwhitt’s rescue in his overturned
aircraft, indicated by the Mining scoundrels of course, but you have
here that direct relationship with gold at Telfer Mine being
established, and this what you were looking for, weren’t you ? If you
so accept_ which I doubt_ such blatant & so crude blithering lies,
please take my name out of your Geological Survey files! I am not
going to be associated for eternity with frauds, liars, thieves &
criminals … Everything has been denied to me since 40 years, and in
you last letter, although I read it over many times, I failed to see
a single Official Thanks being expressed … only some type of cynical
invitation to peruse over some confidential Geological Survey
publication, which considering the fact I have been indeed pushed to
the gutter, of which you are apparently aware, is conveniently
indicated as being free of charge.



This is what I call and anyone else would call a shoddy recognition,
Sir, done on purpose to get rid of a very tenacious Mining Pioneer by
consenting finally to some gratuitous lip services… to hopefully end
it for good, while playing the clock like your predecessors ! ….and
no gratitude left ?

As I guess all has already been handed out over the years to Western
Australia Political Parties‘ most generous Corporate Criminals
donators ! Correct ?



Fortunately for you and me, it ‘s not now going to end till I am
invited in state in West Australia by your good self and your Minister
for Mines Norman Moore, and then visit that Telfer Mine which I put on
the map and never was allowed to see ever, thanks to the fact that I
was that Australia Mining Pioneer who should disappear or still better
die, to leave the Newmont / Newcrest, BHP & Boral Scoundrels enjoy
the bounty of their Crimes i.e. full credit & financial reward for
their machiavellian geared up Deceit. Now you will understand why
your official recognition of October 1970 will put all these people
off balance, since their excuses flies out of the windows thanks to
you, all the more since their famous alleged discoverer _ that very
link to the gold at Telfer you were hopelessly seeking_ is gone into
hiding, cowering in shame in some South Yarra suburb of Melbourne,
after a full life as a con man; having spread ruin to countless
trusting people convinced by his stolen fame, in an unending blood
track spanning a full generation and marking the Tyrwhitt rogue’s
conscience for Eternity. However any WA Parliamentary Commission,
yourself or the Mines Minister can summon the fraud & let him publicly
assume his claim that he found Telfer mine, gold & all without any
prospecting, simply by wandering over the Great Sandy Desert through
the air from the dreamland of his cosy Kalgoorlie air-conditioned
office. At present in relation to all the evidence & proofs I am going
to further outlay to you regarding how the Telfer Mine Swindle was
engineered by the Mining Criminals, a Royal Inquiry might not be
necessary, although you may feel, as Premier, as well as Minister
Moore that the one required & promised should be convened. The
interesting thing about a demanded & promised Royal Inquiry is the
fact that no statute of limitations can be opposed to it. as the late
Hon T.D Evans explained to me once.



Also invalidated by your timely official recognition, is that
miserable New York agreement extorted from me, demonstrating still
another Deceit of the Newmont Mining Criminals, where my US lawyer was
bought straight out & I was put under duress to sign a worthless
release now, not even matching minimum grub & stake expenses, and 10
times less than originally agreed by New york barrister while in his
office. I would have signed anyway that rag for even a dollar, since
associating Newmont & Turcaud on same document for the first time in
1981…something they carefully avoided in the past indeed



B] What is played down by the Geological Survey report is what
happened after that initial discovery of the massive sulphide deposits
at now Telfer Mine over a striking Geological feature known as a dome
or anticline, as well as on some form of dike-like massive gossan
outcrop (honeycombed leached out crystalline structures) and over a
whole expanses of ground covering 2400 km². Also I am the discoverer
of Nifty copper & Kintyre Uranium deposits proposed respectively to
WMC & CRA, who both forfeited the trust agreement… but never mind now

Back to Telfer history then, I am the one who not only discovered the
extent & importance of the show, but as well was the first to
understand its value. Hence I involved well reputed Mining Companies
with noted gold as well base metal expertise, something none would
dare to refute: Newmont in Nov 70 who refused since too hot a season
to venture in the Desert, Anglo American of De Beers’ fame in Dec 70
with a 5 range-rover party of 10 exploration men & enough pegs for 100
claims, and in May 1971 Western Mining Corporation, now BHP, with 2
range-rover party of 3 exploration men & a plane on stand by, then mid
1971 I was back to propose as requested the show to Newmont with
samples to match. In all 1550 kg of gossan samples were pulled from
the Telfer Mine now & 11 000 assays carried out by Anglo alone. One
thing is to be noted i.e that none of those good geologists I took
there or approached, noticed any gold in any of the samples, since
invisible except under the microscope. My question to you here, is the
Tyrwhitt puke likely to be gifted with x-ray vision? A second thing,
as is the regular procedure in force in West Australia, a trust
agreement was de-facto implemented according to which against a
knowledge of the site & first pegging option, the mining companies I
involved had obligation to carry out all necessary appraisal on
prospector ‘s samples, and this was duly carried out by all three
Newmont/ Anglo & WMC companies, to wit chemical assays & petrological
slides appraisal, except that I was not communicated the results for
WMC & Newmont … You will learn why soon.



C] Now what really happened from mid 1971 to 1972, year at which
Newmont officially announced it had discovered a huge gold mine in the
Great Sandy Desert ?

For a start Newmont / Anglo & WMC were in fact in a Kalgoorlie joint
venture headed by Newmont CEO Tyrwhitt, so Tyrwhitt had access to all
1550 kg of sampling, had latitude for all necessary assays &
petrological appraisals… and this what Tyrwhitt did & especially
thanks to petrologist consultant Borner, gold were found in the
Turcaud’s gossans samples, as appraisal according to Trust agreement
was unfolding, and this took place in Kalgoorlie well before Tyrwhitt
set foot on the Telfer dome, since he sent first Koehn & later
Thomson. If they had, Newmont / Anglo & WMC, pegged the claims as I
was begging them to do, a single diamond drilling core would have as
well revealed the gold & copper below the water table clearly visible,
of course ! Remember now that this is a geologist talking to you now,
although that Mining Prospector Turcaud at the time had not many match
for courage, stamina & intrinsic knowledge of the ground in
Australia . At that time, and if you care to know, these were not my
first major finds, although in Australia, yes.



Well Tyrwhitt & Searls President of Newmont did not need Turcaud
anymore then, as such he was in fact the foreign element in the
equation, which then had to be eliminated, but by devious mean since
the Trust Agreement was evidenced, and Newmont could not afford to go
claim jumping & be known officially as a prospectors’ prospector
company, which it was in fact… So they produced two geologists excuses
to go in turn to Turcaud’s prospect and pretend having found gold
there : the first was Koehn and the second was Thomson, but on both
case the plan back-fired on Tyrwhitt & Searls, since both Koehn &
Thomson claimed to be discoverer of Telfer Mine, hence both had to be
sacked & although going public with their dudes’ claim, they rightly
got nowhere. What was the only solution opened to Tyrwhitt & Searls
short of honouring the Trust agreement and giving Turcaud the 100 000
§ cash & 1% free carried interest agreed? Since that was out of
question for the murdering team, they chose the option of the Narla
smoke screen company in undercover agreement with its Boral Criminals’
owners, and the plan was for Narla to peg the claims, to carry all
exploration, to prove the show and pretend then it was finally
worthless, pass on the claims officially for close to nothing to
Newmont/Newcrest Criminals & scuttle itself in oblivion while Boral
Directors were to receive the 12 Judah ‘s talents of their own
shareholders‘ betrayal.

This is what happened indeed 1) The Marble claims registrar
demonstrates that the original claims upon the Telfer show were pegged
by Narla, easy to prove since the very first pegged in the Great Sandy
Desert. 2) The 1972 Narla/Boral fabricated report demonstrates that
the close to one million (20 in corrected value of now) spent on
Telfer Mine exploration officially yielded no valuable evidence of
mineralization, and then Narla duly threw all that loss on its
shareholders’laps; latter folding up timely after selling the whole
proven Telfer mine prospect to Newmont / Newcrest criminals for a
hefty 15 000§. 3) The Hon T.D Evans’ demand for a Royal Inquiry in
1975 was based on those facts + his knowledge that 5 millions dollars
had been paid under the table to Boral directors & foraged into New
Zealand accounts ( information direct from CIB to Attorney General
Evans indeed, given in confidence to me) 4) Newmont’s Telfer discovery
announced in 1972 in the wake of Narla’s sinking.

The road was then clear for the Tyrwhitt & Searly comperes, and the
question of the discoverer would have been settled for good except for
that Tyrwhitt imbecile ‘s claim that he had found Telfer Mine from the
air, except for the Marble Registrar’ claims records, and except for
the Narla 1972 annual report. Even Searls at one time as well assumed
discovery, as President of Newmont … as for Turcaud, that brave &
gifted Australia Mining Pioneer who explored a big chunk of the Great
Sandy Desert on foot, alone, without support, pushing himself to the
extreme of pain & resistance, he could die as far as Newmont /
Newcrest / BHP & Boral were concerned, and this would have happened
if he had remained in Australia, as despair would have taken the best
out of him.



But I left, and 40 years later I am still at it, going finally thanks
to you, Sir, to get not only proper recognition, but as well going to
impose to the Mining Criminals the price of their Deceit. My former
lawyer Mr Picton-Warlow Q.C was very clear on that issue Quote :He
said that if it could be established that the Telfer Mine had been
acquired by Deceit, the whole mining property was to be reverted to
original owner Unquote It is beyond doubt to me that your recognition
was that missing piece in the puzzle, putting the abominable Mining
Criminals ‘ manipulation in proper perspective

I am therefore not looking for a back log of the 1% interest due to me
now, but to the reversal of the Telfer Mine owned to me according to
HRM The Queen ‘s Law, since as outlaid by Mr Picton-Warlow QC and
since Telfer Mine is on Crown Land, this can be implemented as easily
as when Mr Goug Whitlam was dismissed as Prime Minister of Australia
To day I have contacted Mr Picton-Warlow in Perth so that he will
represent my interests, and I wish you would call me at my personal
phone number so that we could have informal discussions on both the
proper & final settlement of that affair. Also to have arrangements
made for my return to Australia on Oct 2010, for the 40th anniversary
of Telfer Mine discovery, to visit the Mine operations, the Town &
eventually the people in your company & the one of Minister for Mines
Norman Moore. I will never forget, but if I see people of goodwill
wanting to recognise at long last one who has done so much for Queen &
Country, I will forgive.
