The so-called automatic switching feature is typically based on switchmode power supplies. The audio industry seems to be going relatively slow on adopting switchmode power supplies, probably because of the EMI sensitivity of their own equipment.

You ? I think George has bragged here that he spent 4 years at uni either drunk or high but always chasing girls. So, they gave him a degree in Business Administration to get him out of their hair. If you watch George's posting habits, he's generally got nothing to do most of the week so he drinks a lot and posts drunk a lot. He gets kinda busy some weekends. Things must be pretty slack right now, because hes mostly bragging about stuff he did a long time ago.
