What if LP goes bust or goes off web? You are dead in the water. Why would you trust a third party with your passwords? LP may be more efficient in filling out web based forms, but KeePass keeps me in control.

Less so with Opera's own. I would want something to have the password ready to put in with one click, not go hunting for it like most.
