It also happens in other situations that have nothing to do with the
type of account you're using.

Every time I click on a grey label, it either says "No log selected" or
"You do not have permission to read this log." The first happens when
it's a directory I don't have permission to enter.

What are the non-permssion-related reasons for a grey label in the log
list? Someone else suggested that the log had been deleted, but in my
experience deleted logs aren't listed at all.

What I meant is that file permission issues can happen for other
reasons. Sorry for the confusion.
