You might try cd /Library/Receipts/ in Terminal. Then burrow down to the Archive.bom of the package in question. (Just keep using cd til you get to a list of files.) Looking at it with lsbom gives you a list of files installed from that package. For example for SecUpd2008-005PPC.pkg [ppp36:/Library/Receipts/SecUpd2008-005PPC.pkg/Contents] fred% ls total 1800 -rwxrwxr-x 1 root admin 909222 Jul 31 2008 Archive.bom -rw-rw-r-- 1 root admin 2319 Dec 22 2008 Info.plist drwxrwxr-x 31 root admin 1054 Dec 22 2008 Resources -rw-rw-r-- 1 root admin 3245 Jul 31 2008 SecUpd2008-005PPC.dist -rw-rw-r-- 1 root admin 415 Jul 26 2008 version.plist [ppp36:Receipts/SecUpd2008-005PPC.pkg/Contents] fred% lsbom Archive.bom .. 41775 0/80 ../Applications 40775 0/80 ../Applications/Address Book.app 40775 0/80 ../Applications/Address Book.app/Contents 40775 0/80 ../Applications/Address Book.app/Contents/Info.plist 100664 0/80 4947 3012343710 ../Applications/Address Book.app/Contents/MacOS 40775 0/80 ../Applications/Address Book.app/Contents/MacOS/Address Book 100775 0/80 531212 3806169266 ../Applications/Address Book.app/Contents/version.plist 100664 0/80 463 219888178 <list goes on for pages> -- Fred Lotte flotte(a)nospam.stratos.net
