I have been receiving the following error message on my Windows
Storage Server 2003 R2 many, many times every morning this week:

"Faulting application localagent.exe, version 0.0.0.0, faulting module
localagent.exe, version 0.0.0.0, fault address 0x00029b2f."

I purchased a HP Proliant DL100 G2 about a year ago, and up until now
it has been working just fine. It has been in production for over 7
months and this has not been an issue until just this past Monday
morning.

Over the weekend I made a number of changes, and now the process
localagent.exe is throwing alot of errors into the application event
log that aren't very helpful. I also get numerous pop-ups that
localagent.exe had failed when I log into the computer.

I made the following changes:
1. Enabled a DFS namespace on the file server
2. Installed antivirus software (Kaspersky)
3. Defragged the hard drive using JK Defrag

The thing I find really weird is that these error messages start at
exactly 4:53 am +/- 20 seconds every morning. However, I do not have
any scheduled tasks to run at that time of the day, nor am i aware of
any other tasks from other servers scheduled to run on the file server
at that time of day.

I'd like to hear if anyone has any feed back, suggestions, ideas or
has had this issue before and knows what may cause it? Any help is
greatly appreciated.
