They have excellent support for the Harmony range on a freephone number AFAIK. I rang them once and got put through to a human who not only sorted my problem, he added it to the device in question's bit of their master database so everyone else in future would benefit... There's probably a workaround - e.g. adding a manual "start frontrow" to the end of the activity. I had a funny with my Panasonic plasma where it didn't want to select the component in, for some reason. I worked around by adding the "next input" button from the TV remote, and adding an action at the end of the activity to select HDMI1 (which did work) plus two presses of the "next input" button to advance to component. Works great. |
