Buy a replacement key?
There's a thriving market in lost keys for Sun servers from used Sun
gear dealers.

Otherwise, if you open the server up, there should be some wires
coming off the lock. Try to figure out the "on" wires, and short them together.

Don't break anything that you will be unable to repair!!!!!

Find the key! Or consult a Locksmith!

The part number of this key is 250-1317. It is the same key for
every machine. The same key is also used for the E250, E450, 280r
and a few other. So if you got one of these around, try their keys.

If everything fails, try to pick the lock. I remember it being
really cheap and it will probably not put up much resistance.
In any case: Do not use any force. That almost never does any good
if used on a computer. ;)

I have a key for another 420 and they work on a 250 as well. That key
does not seem to work on this particular system. Too bad it is a 4 cpu
system....
